• The Dining area has an extendable table, oak picture window seat, sideboard with games etc.
• The Lounge area has a big comfy corner sofa, leather chairs, TV, BT TV, iPod dock. There is also a fold out put up single bed here.

Heading up the Victorian staircase takes you to the 2nd floor, a tranquil space among the rooftops of Ledbury perfect for restful sleep. There are 2 delightful Double Bedrooms:

• The White Room has a charm which is based upon its simplicity and colour scheme.
• The Oak room has a more traditional feel which compliments its more traditional beamed entrance.

The Bathroom is a contemporary style, well appointed bathroom with bath and shower over.
